This Privacy Policy is formally formulated by the operator of Glisep (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Application", "we", "us" or "our"). This document is designed to explicitly elaborate on the collection, storage, utilization, disclosure and protection mechanisms of user data and personal information generated during your access and use of our nine-grid image cutting service.

This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to all functional services contained in the Glisep application, including but not limited to image uploading, nine-grid splitting, picture preview, local export and other derivative functions. By registering, accessing or using any service module of this Application, you fully acknowledge that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to all binding clauses of this Privacy Policy.

2. User Eligibility Requirements

The Glisep Application and all its affiliated service functions are only open to natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and have complete civil capacity under the laws of the user’s resident region.

We strictly prohibit any minor under 18 years of age from accessing, registering accounts or using any functions of this Application. If we confirm or receive valid feedback proving that the user is a minor, we reserve the right to immediately restrict, suspend or terminate all service permissions for the corresponding user, and clear related operation data without prior notice.

If you are a guardian of a minor and find that your ward has illegally used our Application, please contact us via the official email listed above, and we will process relevant issues within 3 working days.

3. Information We Collect

To optimize the nine-grid image cutting service and guarantee the stable operation of core functions, we only collect limited information related to user usage scenarios, and we will never actively collect sensitive personal information without user authorization. The information we collect is divided into the following two categories:

3.1 User Active Submitted Information

This refers to the content actively uploaded and operated by users during the use of the Application, mainly including original images uploaded by users for nine-grid cutting, edited pictures and image files that users intend to export. All uploaded image materials are only used to execute the image splitting task you initiate, and will not be used for other commercial or non-commercial purposes without your explicit consent.

3.2 Passive Collected Technical Data

When you run the Application, our system will automatically collect anonymous technical data to solve operation failures and optimize product experience, including application crash logs, function usage frequency, device model (anonymous processing), system version and basic network access status. Such data cannot be positioned to a single specific user, and does not involve any personal identity sensitive information.

4. Application of Collected Information

We only use the collected user information in accordance with the scope specified in this Privacy Policy, and the specific usage scenarios are as follows:

• Execute core services: Complete image analysis, nine-grid segmentation, preview rendering and local file export according to user’s image uploading instructions;

• Maintain product operation: Troubleshoot application bugs, repair functional failures, and adapt product functions for different mobile device models;

• Optimize service experience: Count the usage frequency of core functions to iterate and upgrade the nine-grid cutting algorithm and simplify user operation steps;

• Respond to user consultation: Reply to your feedback, complaints and service demands submitted through the official contact email.

5. Information Storage & Protection Rules

5.1 Storage Term & Location

All images uploaded by users are stored locally on the user’s mobile device by default. We will not automatically synchronize user image files to our remote cloud server. After you complete the nine-grid cutting and export operation, you can independently delete the original pictures and split files in the Application at any time. The anonymous technical data collected passively will be stored in encrypted cloud servers for a maximum period of 90 days, and will be automatically destroyed after the expiration of the storage period.

5.2 Security Protection Measures

We adopt industry-standard encryption technologies to protect user data security, including data transmission encryption and server access permission isolation. We have formulated a strict internal data access management system, and only designated maintenance personnel can access anonymous technical data, with complete operation records retained for all access behaviors. However, please note that no data transmission method on the Internet or electronic storage technology can achieve 100% security, and we cannot absolutely guarantee the absolute security of user data.

6. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We promise that we will never sell, rent or transfer your personal information and uploaded image resources to any third-party enterprises, organizations or individuals for commercial purposes under any circumstances, except for the following special situations:

• Obtain explicit written or electronic authorization from the user in advance;

• Comply with mandatory requirements of national laws, regulations and judicial decisions, or respond to official legal investigation actions of relevant administrative departments;

• In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of Glisep, other users and the public, and deal with emergencies such as fraud, security risks and illegal behaviors.

7. User Rights & Obligations

7.1 User Rights

• Access Right: You have the right to view all image files stored in the Application by yourself;

• Deletion Right: You can delete the uploaded original images and split nine-grid pictures in the Application at any time;

• Inquiry Right: You can consult us about our data collection and storage rules via the official contact email;

• Objection Right: If you disagree with individual clauses of this Policy, you have the right to stop using all services of the Application.

7.2 User Obligations

• Users shall ensure that the uploaded images have legal ownership or authorized use rights, and shall not upload pictures involving pornography, violence, infringement, illegal speech and other prohibited content;

• Users shall bear all legal liabilities for the illegal use of the Application and the uploaded prohibited content;

• Users shall properly keep their device access permissions, and be responsible for all operation behaviors generated under their own device environment.

8. Policy Revision & Notification

We reserve the right to revise and update the content of this Privacy Policy in real time according to product function iteration, market adjustment and legal regulatory requirements. Once the Policy is updated, we will update the latest revision date at the top of this document and display the revised content in the notice module inside the Application.

Your continued use of the Application’s services after the Policy update is deemed as your acceptance of the revised clauses. If you do not recognize the updated content, you shall immediately stop using our services.
